Oakview Event Space
This spacious 2,000 sq. ft. event venue is perfect for baby showers, birthdays, weddings, and more. The rental includes the open space only—decor, tables, chairs, and linens are not provided—giving you full creative control to bring your vision to life. A four-hour minimum booking is required, which includes one hour for setup and one hour for breakdown. Outdoor areas and two residential-style kitchens are available for an additional fee, and guests are welcome to bring their own food, non-alcoholic beverages, and alcohol. DJs, live music, and amplified sound are allowed, but all events must end by 11 PM, with quiet hours beginning at 10 PM. On-site parking is available, and additional overnight accommodations can be booked in the Airbnb units located above and below the space. Please note: all vendors must be client-provided, and large events may require hired security.
